Please contact us immediately if you have any issue with your order so we can fix it as soon as possible.  We offer full refunds or replacements for most issues (product quality/defect, delivery, fit/sizing etc).  Our goal is happy customers that come back.  Be confident that we will be more than fair with you if any issue arises. 

Refunds for undelivered international orders will not be issued until 8 weeks after item has shipped, and will not include shipping costs or extra customs fees. Please be aware of the risks associated with shipping to your country and be responsible for knowing what to expect for customs fees and delivery times, as we have no access to that information.
