Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. New and slightly used products may be eligible for return, subject to the conditions below.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

United States: For approved returns from addresses within the United States, ReflecToes will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

International: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, sizing, fit, preference, or other non-defective returns.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or there was another error on our part, contact us before returning it. We will work with you to resolve the issue and will cover return or replacement shipping when appropriate or required by applicable law.

Original international shipping charges are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards, custom or personalized products, and other items that cannot legally or safely be returned.

Any statutory return or cancellation rights that apply to your purchase are not affected by this policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or product is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union and United Kingdom Cancellation Rights

If your order is shipped to a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

For a cancellation based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to ReflecToes unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may inspect or try on an item to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and fit. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund if an item has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been diminished.

These statutory rights are in addition to any rights provided by our 30-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
