Q1- What does shipping cost?

FREE shipping for orders over $50.

$5.99 shipping for orders under $50.

Q2- When will my order arrive after placing my order?

All orders are processed in 1 business day.  Standard shipping arrives in 3-5 USPS business days. Priority mail arrives in 2-4 USPS business days. 

Q3- What shipping service do you use and will it come to my mail box?

• We typically use USPS first class or priority mail. 
• Usually this will fit easily in your mailbox or PO box.

Q4- How can I track my shipment?

We will email you the tracking number for each shipment once it ships (usually 1-2 business days after ordering). 

Q5- Do you ship orders outside the United States and how long would it take?

Yes. We ship DHL which typically takes 2-10 days to arrive once shipped. 

Q6- Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact our customer service team to cancel or modify your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
